Employers are placing more emphasis on employee job satisfaction. Employees who are satisfied with their job have better retention, perseveration with fellow staff members, and produce a higher quality of work. In our perspective the most important attribute to job satisfaction is attitude. His or her attitude is a reaction to events that take place in their lives.
