All members of the designated lead group are expected to read the specified pages in the textbook and other materials (such as journals, books, or web materials) in order to provide input to the moderator who will facilitate the assigned portion of the discussion in their forum.As in the past, one Discussion Board will be available weekly. Please be sure you participate as an individualas well as a member of the leadership team during the assigned period. Moderators should read the materials posted, gather input from group members, and provide feedback/responses to classmates on behalf of their team during the assigned week. Although the moderator serves as primary spokesperson and facilitator, the entire team is responsible for guiding the assigned portion of the discussion in their allocated week.Grading criteria from the course syllabus are shown below for your consideration in leading discussions: Answer the original post and respond to classmates to earn the maximum possible points. Answering the original post means completely addressing the questions posted on the discussion board forum by the instructor. Responses should go beyond simply agreeing with an original post to expand the breadth and depth of the overall discussion.
